Step 2: Registration payment

There is a registration fee for Common Leaders' Day 2019 of $15.00 per attendee (including supervising teachers).

The registration fee covers the cost of catering (morning and afternoon tea) and printing.
The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel costs. These must be met by participants or schools.
Lunch must be made by participants' own arrangements.

Step 3: Photography Consent Form

If you are over 18, please fill and sign the photography consent form at the bottom of the page yourself. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to fill and sign this form. The form should be returned to info@commonwealthyouth.org.nz by Thursday 19 March.
