We collect your personal information in order to communicate with our members and those who are interested in the aims and values of Commonwealth Youth New Zealand.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name or email address, we may be unable to provide you with the opportunities you can apply for or be part of through an association with Commonwealth Youth New Zealand.

Photographs taken of you at our events may be used for promotional purposes, including uploading to our various social media channels and website, and used in publications such as our annual report. 

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted folders and only allowing access to authorised volunteers.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
